If it is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact Pure Electric first. Out of warranty, or for punctures and normal wear, we repair it at the workshop.

Do I need an appointment?

No, you can drop by the workshop during opening hours. With an online booking, your scooter is handled faster.

How long does a repair take?

Most repairs are done within 2 to 5 working days, depending on parts availability. A puncture or a brake adjustment is often fixed the same day.
