Welcome to Street Ride! The terms "we", "our" and "us" refer to Street Ride. Street Ride operates this store and this website, including all associated information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to offer you, as a customer, a personalised shopping experience (the "Services"). Street Ride uses the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide you with the Services.
The general terms below, together with the policies referred to in them (the "Terms of Service" or "TOS"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty exclusions and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms of Service, you represent that you have reached the age of legal majority in your state or province of residence, and you give us your consent to allow your minor children to use the Services on any device you own, purchase or manage.
In order to use the Services, including to access or browse our online stores or to purchase products or services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and your billing, payment and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you hold all the rights required to communicate it.
You alone are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity associated with your account. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to represent our products and services as accurately as possible in our online stores. Please note that the colour or appearance of a product may differ from what is displayed on your screen, depending on the type, settings and configuration of your device.
We do not guarantee that the appearance or the quality of the products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or match what is presented in our online stores.
All product descriptions may be changed at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and we may limit the quantities of products offered to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Our product sales and repair services are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Repair, which set out in particular the applicable guarantees: the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers on products purchased, and the 6-month workshop warranty on repairs.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Street Ride reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is only deemed accepted once Street Ride has confirmed it in writing. We must receive and process your payment before your order is validated. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as Street Ride may not be able to accept a cancellation request once the order has been confirmed. If we refuse, modify or cancel your order, we will try to contact you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to the return or exchange conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or a service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, and it will be shown in your order confirmation email. Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (Belgian VAT included). Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import charges may apply and are payable by the recipient.
The prices displayed in our online stores may differ from those offered in our physical stores or on other online platforms operated by third parties. We may occasionally offer promotions on our Services which may affect prices and which are governed by separate terms, distinct from these Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the terms of the promotion will prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for every purchase made in our stores. You undertake to update your information promptly, including your email address, card numbers and expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
You represent and warrant that: (i) your credit card details are accurate, correct and complete, (ii) you are authorised to use this card for the purchase, (iii) the charges will be honoured by your card issuer, and (iv) you will pay the amounts charged at the prices displayed, including shipping and handling costs, plus all applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times shown are estimates. We ship orders within the timeframes stated on the website and are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs formalities or any event beyond our control. For consumer customers, the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the products. Please check the condition of the parcel on receipt and report any damage to the carrier and to us as soon as possible.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all the trade marks, marks, texts, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio content, as well as their design, selection and arrangement, are the exclusive property of Street Ride, its subsidiaries or its licensors. They are protected by patent, copyright and intellectual property laws, whether national or foreign.
These Terms authorise you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly set out in these Terms, nothing grants you a licence or any other right over any patent, trade mark, copyright or intellectual property of Street Ride, Shopify or any third party. Unauthorised use of the Services may infringe intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Street Ride.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans of Street Ride are registered trade marks of Street Ride, its subsidiaries or its licensors. You may not use them without the prior written permission of Street Ride. The name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans of Shopify are registered trade marks of Shopify. All the other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans appearing on the Services are registered trade marks of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be required to use third-party tools made available within the Services, which we do not monitor and over which we have no control and no ability to contribute.
You acknowledge and accept that we provide access to these tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty, representation or condition of any kind, and without any endorsement on our part. We accept no liability arising out of or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
The use of the optional tools available on the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion. It is your responsibility to make sure that you know and accept the terms applicable to these tools, as set out by the third-party providers concerned.
We may also offer new features through the Services in the future (including new tools and resources). These new features will be regarded as forming an integral part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms of Service.

The Services may contain documents and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties (including embedded third-party features). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or the accuracy of third-party documents or websites that you choose to access. We accept no liability for any harm or damage relating to accessing third-party websites, or to purchasing or using products, services, resources or content on those sites. Any claim, complaint, concern or question about third-party products and services should be addressed to the third party directly.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Street Ride is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our Store are entered into directly with Street Ride. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Street Ride, including any damage, harm or loss resulting from the products or services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its subsidiaries from any claim, damage and liability arising out of or relating to your purchase and your transaction with Street Ride.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
All the personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's privacy policy, which can be viewed here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. The information you submit will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as with third parties who may be located in countries other than your country of residence, in order to provide the services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of how we, Shopify and our partners use your personal information.

If you submit, upload, post, email or otherwise transmit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans or any other content (collectively, the "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable and non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback for any purpose, including commercial purposes. We may, for example, exercise our rights under this licence in order to operate, provide, evaluate, improve and promote the Services and to fulfil our obligations and exercise our rights under these Terms of Service.
You also represent and warrant that: (i) you own or hold all the rights necessary over the Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation or incentive received in connection with the submission of your Feedback; (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms. We are under no obligation to: (1) keep your Feedback confidential; (2) pay any compensation for your Feedback; (3) respond to your Feedback.
We may, but are not required to, monitor, modify or delete any Feedback that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, libellous, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any party or these Terms of Service.
You undertake that your Feedback does not infringe any third-party right, including copyright, trade marks, data protection, personality rights or any other personal or proprietary right. You further undertake that your Feedback contains no defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene statement, nor any computer virus or malware that could affect the operation of the Services or of any related website. The Services may occasionally contain information affected by typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including in relation to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, shipping costs, transit times or product availability. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, and to change or update information or cancel orders on the basis of inaccurate information, at any time and without notice (including after you have submitted your order).
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) in breach of any regulation, rule, or international, federal, provincial, state or local law; (c) in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of Street Ride, Shopify or any third party; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or injure any of our employees or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) knowingly to send, receive, download, use or reuse any content that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to transmit or cause the transmission of any advertising or promotional material, including spam, chain letters, junk mail or any similar solicitation; (h) to impersonate a person or entity, or attempt to do so; (i) to engage in any conduct that could restrict or hinder the use or enjoyment of the Services by others, or which, in our judgement, could harm Street Ride, Shopify or users of the Services, or expose them to any liability.
In addition, you agree not to: (a) download or transmit viruses or any other malicious code that could affect the operation or functioning of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) engage in spam, phishing, pharming or pretexting through the Services; (e) use bots, spiders, scraping tools, data collection or extraction tools, automated devices, AI tools (including agentic AI) or any automated or manual means to access the Services; (f) interfere with, circumvent or disable security or authorisation features, robot exclusion headers or any other measure we put in place to restrict access to the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable or close your account at any time and without notice if we consider that you have breached any provision of these Terms.
SECTION 14 - AGENTS
14.1 This section (the "Agent Terms") applies if you use, authorise, activate or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use or interact with the Services. An "Agent" means any software or service acting autonomously or semi-autonomously on behalf of or at the instruction of a person or entity, and capable of running on a device belonging to or used by a person, without direct supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access, use or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself at all times and operates in strict compliance with the conditions set out in clause 14.4 below. Furthermore, no Agent may access, use or interact with the Services if we have asked that Agent to refrain from accessing, using or interacting with any service.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical means, the ability of an Agent to access, use and interact with the Services and the manner in which it does so.
14.4 Agents must: (i) in every HTTP/HTTPS request, indicate that the request originates from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including the following in the user agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not conceal or mask the fact that the access, use or interactions originate from an Agent, including by (a) imitating human behaviour or interaction patterns, or (b) circumventing or completing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computer use from human use; (iii) answer honestly any question or prompt intended to determine whether the interactions originate from a human or from a computer; (iv) not circumvent or evade any measure intended to block, limit, modify or control the access, use or interactions of Agents with the Services.
SECTION 15 - TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part of them), at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice. You remain liable for all sums owed up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections survive any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provision whose nature implies that it should survive termination.
SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The exclusions below concern the use of the website and the online Services. They in no way limit the legal guarantees that consumers enjoy, in particular the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity on products purchased, nor the guarantees set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Repair.
The information presented on or through the Services is provided for information purposes only. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or usefulness. Any reliance you place on this information is entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability or warranty as to the consequences arising from your use of this information, from its use by any other visitor to the Services, or by any person informed of its content.
EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY STATED BY STREET RIDE, THE SERVICES AND ALL THE PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES, SO THIS EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STREET RIDE, OUR PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS, NOR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS OR DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR OF ANY PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR FROM ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR OF ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ERROR OR OMISSION IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR OF ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) PUBLISHED, TRANSMITTED OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Street Ride, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, service providers, licensors and suppliers, against any loss, damage, liability or claim, including reasonable legal fees, owed to a third party and resulting from (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or of the documents incorporated by reference, (2) your breach of any law or of the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim covered by this indemnity, it being understood that a failure to notify you promptly does not release you from your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice as a result. We may take over the defence and settlement of any claim at your expense, including the choice of legal counsel, but we will not settle any claim involving non-monetary obligations on your part without your agreement (which you may not unreasonably withhold). You will cooperate in the defence of claims covered by this indemnity, including by providing the relevant documents.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable part shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. Such a finding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
A failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies or usage rules we publish on this site or relating to the Service, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and govern your use of the Service. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreement, communication or proposal, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, without limitation, any earlier version of these Terms of Service).
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not delegate, transfer or assign this agreement, nor any of your rights or obligations under these Terms, without our prior written consent. Any attempted unauthorised assignment shall be null and void. We may transfer, assign or delegate these Terms as well as our rights and obligations without your consent and without prior notice.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the protection granted to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. We always seek an amicable solution first; failing that, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules allowing consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect or limit the interpretation of these Terms.
